About ProLane

When I first came to the United States as an immigrant, I was starting a new chapter of my life. I was fortunate to have dear friends who supported me, but everything was still new — the language, the driving laws, and the testing system. I did not pass my driving test the first time, and that experience stayed with me.

It taught me how something that seems simple can feel overwhelming when you are learning something new.

Before coming to the U.S., I earned my degree in Textile Engineering and spent much of my professional life in management and business, always working closely with people. But teaching has also always been part of my life. My mother was a teacher for 47 years, and I grew up in a family of teachers. In many ways, teaching is in my blood.

I created Prolane Driving School with one main goal: to help teenagers become safe, confident, and responsible drivers. Learning to drive is one of the first big steps toward independence, and I want my students to feel supported, comfortable, and prepared from their very first lesson.

I also have a special understanding of immigrants who may be learning to drive while adjusting to a new country, a new language, and unfamiliar driving laws. Because I have been through that experience myself, I want to make the learning process easier and less stressful for them as well.

For me, teaching driving is about much more than passing a test. It is about building confidence, developing safe habits, and giving young drivers the skills they need for a lifetime of responsible driving.

I know what it feels like to start from zero. I came to this country with a dream, and today, part of that dream is helping the next generation — and others starting a new chapter — move forward with confidence.
