Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a scheduled driving lesson online up to 24 hours before the appointment. Once a lesson is within 24 hours of its start time, our booking system no longer allows it to be cancelled online.

If you cancel within the permitted window, your package credit is returned automatically. If you don't attend a scheduled lesson and didn't cancel within that window, the appointment is treated as a no-show and the credit is not returned.
