Cookie Policy

This website sets exactly one cookie: prolane_session, created when you log in to your ProLane account. It's strictly necessary — it's what keeps you logged in as you move between pages, and the site's login-dependent features (your account, your bookings, scheduling a lesson) don't work without it.

This cookie is httpOnly (not readable by page scripts), marked secure in production (sent only over HTTPS), scoped SameSite=Lax, and its contents are encrypted. It contains only your SimplyBook client identifier and, where needed so you can manage your own bookings, a short-lived SimplyBook access token — never your password.

Because this cookie is strictly necessary for a feature you're actively using (staying logged in), it doesn't require the opt-in consent that optional or advertising cookies would.

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising or retargeting cookies, session-replay cookies, or any other optional tracking cookies. There is currently nothing on this site that would require a cookie-consent banner or preference center, because there is no optional cookie to ask permission for.

When you complete a purchase, this website redirects you to a payment checkout hosted by SimplyBook.me (currently processed through Stripe as SimplyBook's payment processor). Once you leave ProLane's pages for that checkout, SimplyBook and its payment processor may set their own cookies as part of that experience — ProLane does not control, set, or have access to those cookies, and they're governed entirely by SimplyBook's and Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.

ProLane's pickup-address autocomplete is powered by Geoapify, called directly from ProLane's own servers — it does not load any script in your browser and does not set any cookie.

Because the only cookie ProLane sets is strictly necessary for staying logged in, there isn't a separate opt-out control for it on this site — declining it through your browser's own cookie settings will simply sign you out and prevent login-dependent features from working. Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through their settings; consult your browser's help documentation for how.

We may update this Cookie Policy if the cookies this website uses ever change — for example, if analytics or optional tracking is added in the future, this page (and the consent mechanism it would then require) would be updated accordingly. Any changes will be posted on this page.
